Suspected porch pirate arrested through GPS ‘bait package,’ police say



A 34-year-old man was arrested after allegedly stealing a package, police in Southern California said.News outlets reported the department has a program that uses bait packages with GPS devices, allowing police to follow and stop would-be thieves.
