Delhi High Court launches its own official smartphone app



NEW DELHI :
The Delhi High Court on Thursday launched an official mobile application for providing digital access of its services to everyone.

The phone application, which was inaugurated by Chief Justice D N Patel at the Judges’ Lounge provides details of case status, display board, cause list and access to other important links of the high court website.

The Mobile App is useful to citizens, litigants and advocates. In the App, services are available under different captions, viz. Case Status” Display Board, Cause List, Supreme Court Display Board, Gate Pass Request, etc.

Some special features such as Advocate Diary, Case Status, Application for e-Inspection, Gate Pass request/approval, etc. are available under’ Advocate Login’ tab for advocates already registered with Delhi High Court e-filing software.

The app can be used to view the Display Board of the High Court as well as the Supreme Court.

The Mobile App is available on Google Play Store and can be searched by entering the words’Delhi High Court’.The mobile app will shortly be available on Apple iOS App Store also.

Certain important links of the Delhi High Court website such as Chief Justice & Sitting Judges of the High Court, Judges Roster, Nominated Counsel, Pronouncement of Judgements, Certified Copies etc are also available on the Application.
