Samsung Galaxy A30s with 3GB of RAM, Android Pie OS leaked

Samsung is reportedly gearing up to launch another variants of the Galaxy A30 in the form of the Galaxy A30s. The new smartphone with model number SM-A307FN has been listed on Geekbench with an octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM and Android 9.0 Pie operating system. The Galaxy A30s could be powered by an Exynos 7885 processor.

Samsung recently launched a new colour variant of the Galaxy A30 smartphone in India. The smartphone was earlier launched in Black, Red and Blue colour options. To recall, the handset was launched in February this year after the mobile maker pulled off the plug on Galaxy J series and introduced Galaxy A series.

The Samsung Galaxy A30 comes with 6.4-inch FHD+ multi-touch capacitive touchscreen with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution and 16M color support. The handset runs on Android Pie version 9.0 operating system with 1.8GHz Exynos 7904 octa-core processor.

The device is backed by a 4000mAH lithium-ion battery with Type-C fast charging. The smartphone comes equipped with 15W charger. Samsung Galaxy A30 is a dual SIM smartphone and comes with dual standby support.

For imaging duties, the handset offers dual camera setup at the back. This comprises of 16-megapixel primary sensor and 5-megapixel secondary sensor with an aperture of f/1.7 and f/2.2, respectively. Below the camera module is the LED flash. On the front, users will get a 16-megapixel camera for selfies.

Samsung Galaxy A30 packs 4GB RAM paired with 64GB internal storage. It comes with a microSD card slot to expand the storage further by up to 512GB. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS are connectivity options available on the device.
