Ahead of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, top smartphone companies are set to unveil their latest smartphones today. Microsoft will also showcase a new version of its HoloLens mixed reality headset.
Xiaomi launched a global version of its Mi 9 flagship smartphone. It also showcased its first-ever 5G smartphone. Samsung and Oppo have already launched their 5G phones ahead of the MWC 2019. Huawei launched Mate X smartphone and a bunch of new laptops.
HMD Global launched multiple mobile phones at its MWC event. The company also launched the long-awaited Nokia 9 PureView smartphone with five rear cameras.

Nokia 9 PureView price and availability
Nokia 9 PureView with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage will launch in March. The smartphone is priced at $699.

Five 12MP cameras with Zeiss Optics. The camera setup supports dynamic range, depth of field, and ability to shoot and edit in RAW DNG photos on the phone.
Nokia 4.2, Nokia 3.2
HMD Global launches Nokia 4.2 and Nokia 3.2 for mass markets. The two phones will also support facial recognition for easier unlocking. The two phones will be available from April.
Nokia 1 Plus
HMD Global launches Nokia 1 Plus entry-level smartphone. It comes with 5.41-inch FWVGA+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. On the front it has 5-megapixel camera. It has an 8-megapixel rear camera. The smartphone is based on Google’s lightweight Android Go platform. It will be available in March for $99 (Rs 7,000 approximately).
HMD Global launches Nokia 210 feature phone with new design and colour. The feature phone supports internet connectivity. It also supports classic Snake game. The company has also revamped UI. The phone will be available in Red, Grey and Black colour options. The feature phone is priced at $35 (Rs 2,400 approximately).
Nokia’s 2019 lineup
HMD Global will now unveil its 2019 lineup of smartphones. The company will update all of its mobile phone series, including feature phones.
HMD Global promises to roll out Android Pie update to its recent smartphones in the first half of 2019.
Feature phone segment
HMD Global claims to be number 1 feature phone player in the world. The company has launched a few rebranded versions of classic phones such as Nokia 8110 and Nokia 3310.
