Authorities search for registered sex offender alleged to have cut off his GPS monitor



BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – Kern County authorities are looking for a registered sex offender who they say recently cut off his GPS monitor.

Probation officers are looking for 20-year-old Naithan Guinn. Officials said he is wanted for violating his parole and fleeing supervision.

Probation officials said Guinn’s whereabouts are unknown but had a last reported address in the 1400 block of Morning Drive.

Guinn is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighing 146 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He has a script tattoo on the left side of his neck.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call probation officer Victoria Anderson at 336-6778 or local law enforcement.
